Organization
Being a Learning Organization, JNK has always been willing to
experiment with and adopt new approaches and strategies with its
chosen theme and sectors, with the idea of creating models, learning
from them, and disseminating such as learning’s among other
stakeholders for wider impact. JNK has implemented or being
implementing followings theme based programmes/projects in
selected districts of Bihar
Partners
– Revival of Agriculture based Livelihoods Nepal Bordering
districts of Eastern UP. And North Bihar- GDS & TATA Trusts.
– Improved agriculture Practices-“Mission Sunehra Kal” of FFS.
– Information, communication and Technology programme for
digital literacy supported by DEF
– Promotion of Solar based Irrigation system.
– Formation and strengthening of Framers clubs, FFS.
– Promotion of Stress Tolerant Rice Varieties in flood affected
areas of North Bihar with the help of IRRI and RAU, Samastipur.
