Prashikshan Prasar Kendra
Prashikshan Prasar Kendra provides a wide opportunity for socio-economically backward population,
physically challenged people, unemployed youth and anyone willing to learn and contribute in development
of society through field of Agriculture and Primary sectors.
Training Facility
JNK
Farmers are given training in the simplest form of agricultural science, technology and management by
experienced trainers of agricultural science. Training facility includes the field of
Mushroom farming
Crop production
Soil health
Horticulture
Honey rearing
Animal husbandry.
Campus and Training Space
The campus is located near Markan Chowk, Muzaffarpur. The place is very calm and environment is
supportive to learning. The campus is green and spacious. There is a beautiful lawn full of plants and
shady trees.
With professional training facilities and arrangements, there is one conference hall, with a capacity of
around 150 people, and 3 training Hall with capacity of around 35-40 people. Apart from this, we
have 1 meeting room. All the training halls & meeting rooms are well lit and have proper air
Conditioning. So, training can go even late evening without any trouble.
In-house accommodation
JNK provides comfortable accommodation facilities with meeting all basic needs for a stay.
Accommodation for the participants can be provided in single, double, triple bedded rooms and
dormitory rooms. In case of any medical emergency special security arrangements during the night time
is available.
